The summer season is often one of the busiest seasons for wedding videographers. Long summer days make for a great opportunity to get a full day of creative footage. Filming at one of the most popular wedding venues in Sacramento, Denis and Anita celebrated the union of their marriage at the beautiful Union Brick event center. 

Denis and Anita’s love story was like one out of a movie. After dating for nearly 3 years, these two high school sweet hearts decided on spending forever with each other. Making a pitstop along the stunning cliffs of Carmel, Anita was surprised with the proposal of her dreams. Greeted by all their closest friends, a new season of their life began. With such a touching love story, we were immensely excited to film the first look between the bride and groom. Taking place outside the bride’s home, their reaction was nothing short of heart-wrenching, as you’ll see in the wedding video. The creative session that followed at a local park in Roseville was just as effortless as we captured a love shared between two best friends. 

The ceremony and reception took place at Union Brick by Wedgewood Weddings. Offering a gorgeous outdoor ceremony in the courtyard, the couple stood under a stunning  wooden arbor that was beautifully decorated with romantic string lights extending over the guests. This outdoor wedding set was the perfect fit for the bride and groom to share their “I do’s” amongst family and friends. The reception followed inside an elegant ballroom with amazing high ceilings and a breath-taking chandelier in the entrance of the building. The reception was filled with games, performances, and heart warming speeches from the bridal party. Ending the night with a sparkler send off, Denis and Anita sealed their marriage with a kiss. 

The next day, we arranged for a second day shoot in the remarkable forest of Lake Tahoe. Capturing footage in the dense forest as well as along the calming shores of the lake, it added the perfect effortless vibe to their wedding film.
